Spectators: 7292 (Terracing: 5471, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 144) Olov Åkesson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Joachim Söderqwist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjell Haglund having to interfere. Kjell Haglund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joachim Söderqwist, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Joachim Söderqwist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjell Haglund having to interfere. In the 21st minute Örjan Mattsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kjell Haglund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Vilhelm Josefsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Low Expectations's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Örgryte IS the free kick. Vilhelm Josefsson kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Mark Back took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils-Erik Asklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Örgryte IS's Mark Back proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Örgryte IS from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Örgryte IS getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Hjalmar Nordlund hit a great ball. 33 minutes into the match, Örgryte IS's goalkeeper Mark Back had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nils-Erik Asklund. With his leg Mark Back managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Low Expectations's Kristian Svanström fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 43 minutes into the game, Nils-Erik Asklund recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mark Back. Nils-Erik Asklund showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joachim Söderqwist to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Örjan Mattsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kjell Haglund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joachim Söderqwist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Örjan Mattsson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kjell Haglund firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience was convinced that Nils-Erik Asklund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mark Back was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Mark Back showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristian Svanström in the 63rd minute of the match. Nils-Erik Asklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the game, Kristian Svanström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Mark Back was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Kristian Svanström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Greger Frisk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mark Back was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. The attack was good, but when Nils-Erik Asklund in the 75th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After some careless play in the Örgryte IS defense, Henrik Bergström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mark Back. The Örgryte IS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mark Back should have stopped the shot. Kristian Svanström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Mark Back tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Örgryte IS's goal looked a bit too open when Nils-Erik Asklund came free, but Mark Back reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan Skark hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After 84 played minutes, Low Expectations's Johannes Strömbom shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mark Back came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Low Expectations reached it. In the 86th minute, Olov Åkesson made a precise shot to the right of Mark Back. Örgryte IS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Örgryte IS's Mark Back played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils-Erik Asklund in the 94th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Low Expectations fully deserved thier win.
