Göran Thidén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Gulliksson in the 4th minute of play. In the 8th minute Tobias Gulliksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Göran Thidén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Brunk FC booed when IngvarS HjältaR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Gulliksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Göran Thidén made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tor Hellkvist in the 14th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Henry Molander managed to get in a good position for a shot. IngvarS HjältaR's supporters rose to their feet, but Henry Molander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Göran Thidén breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gert Wahlnäs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertil Bredberg in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Brunk FC's Sören Kollberg got a free kick in the 25th minute. IngvarS HjältaR's Torsten Rolfsson shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 26th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Göran Thidén but with some difficulty. The supporters of Brunk FC booed when IngvarS HjältaR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonatan Sandström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st match minute, IngvarS HjältaR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Rolfsson to maneuver through the defense. Brunk FC's Göran Thidén played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Gulliksson in the 34th minute of play. Tobias Gulliksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göran Thidén having to interfere. Gert Wahlnäs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertil Bredberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bertil Bredberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henry Molander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Göran Thidén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Henry Molander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

In the 66th minute, Tor Hellkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Molander in the 69th minute of play forced Brunk FC's goalkeeper Göran Thidén to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the game, Tobias Gulliksson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Göran Thidén was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tor Hellkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilbert Hansson in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gert Wahlnäs prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Henry Molander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henry Molander in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Göran Thidén prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The IngvarS HjältaR fans cheered their team off the field, for while Brunk FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
