After a defensive mix-up in Högsäter RK's zone, Ture Helberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sigvard Viberg came out of the goal and Ture Helberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sigvard Viberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ture Helberg in the 6th minute of the match. Axel Dusett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sigvard Viberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Dusett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tobias Asmundsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, GrymtGrymmaGrisar's Aleksander Alebom got a free kick in the 17th minute. Lennart Termander was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 18th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Martin Eriksson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ulf Eliasson. That made the score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. Sigvard Viberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ture Helberg's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Axel Dusett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sigvard Viberg having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, GrymtGrymmaGrisar's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tobias Asmundsson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Sigvard Viberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ture Helberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The supporters of Högsäter RK booed when GrymtGrymmaGrisar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aleksander Alebom didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Tobias Asmundsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ulf Eliasson was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Sigvard Viberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ture Helberg went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Axel Dusett to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, GrymtGrymmaGrisar's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Eriksson came free, but Ulf Eliasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ture Helberg got free with Sigvard Viberg in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sigvard Viberg made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Ture Helberg sent off a good shot on target. Axel Dusett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Sigvard Viberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ture Helberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sigvard Viberg having to make a save. Ulf Eliasson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
