Dalsjöfors BF's Dennis Sävström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isac Brolin in the 12th minute of play. Penguinz FC's Isac Brolin got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Tobias Sandberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dalsjöfors BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Tobias Sandberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Göran Sundin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Börje Siöberg in the 23rd minute of play forced Penguinz FC's goalkeeper Göran Sundin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Nils-Erik Kämpe fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. With his leg Göran Sundin managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Dalsjöfors BF's Tobias Sandberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some careless play in the Dalsjöfors BF defense, Henry Ekgren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dennis Sävström. The Dalsjöfors BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dennis Sävström should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isac Brolin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Börje Siöberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, Dalsjöfors BF's goalkeeper Dennis Sävström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bengt Skoglund. Isac Brolin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Dennis Sävström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dalsjöfors BF's Dennis Sävström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Dalsjöfors BF from getting a goal against them. If Börje Siöberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isac Brolin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Dennis Sävström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tobias Sandberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Göran Sundin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. When Isac Brolin came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Penguinz FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isac Brolin couldn't finish the play. If Henry Ekgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd match minute, Dalsjöfors BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Dahlman to maneuver through the defense. Henry Ekgren came free with the goalkeeper in the 94th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dennis Sävström could save by the left post. Börje Siöberg scored 2-2 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Göran Sundin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
