Spectators: 7222 (Terracing: 5418, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Algot Alebäck made the kick off which started today's match. When Isac Brolin came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Penguinz FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isac Brolin couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isac Brolin in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rune Hedström saved Lima from getting behind. Rune Hedström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sixten Lundgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 9 minutes, Jan Brummer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lima and the Penguinz FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 9 played minutes Lima got a freekick which was hit by Jan Brummer. After some careless play in the Lima defense, Isac Brolin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rune Hedström. The Lima fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rune Hedström should have stopped the shot. Henry Ekgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the match, Lima's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt Skoglund came free, but Rune Hedström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sixten Lundgren took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rune Hedström. Rune Hedström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Rune Hedström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Ekgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Henry Ekgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rune Hedström having to interfere. Lima's Rune Hedström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isac Brolin in the 28th minute of play. Gustav Sjögren made in the 29th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Sixten Lundgren immediately put the ball in play. Leif Söderberg kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Penguinz FC's Göran Sundin got control of the ball when Tommy Nyman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Algot Alebäck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göran Sundin having to interfere. After 41 played minutes Penguinz FC got a freekick which was hit by Henry Ekgren. Rune Hedström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Ekgren in the 44th minute of play. Isac Brolin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Lima players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Penguinz FC were winning 0-2.

56 minutes into the match, Lima's goalkeeper Rune Hedström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henry Ekgren. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sixten Lundgren got free with Rune Hedström in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leif Söderberg shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Algot Alebäck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Göran Sundin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Isac Brolin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henry Ekgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rune Hedström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isac Brolin in the 78th minute of the match. In the 79th play minute Henry Ekgren came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rune Hedström. 0-3. Henry Ekgrens short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Rune Hedström to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 87th minute, Henry Ekgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The throw-in from Gustav Sjögren in the 95th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Lima's Tommy Nyman. Lima's Tommy Nyman got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gustav Sjögren made in the 97th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Isac Brolin however managed to control. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henry Ekgren got free with Rune Hedström in the 99th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Penguinz FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
