Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dalsjöfors BF's Börje Siöberg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Magnus Petersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Sävström having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Magnus Petersson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ahuno United's supporters rose to their feet, but Magnus Petersson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dennis Sävström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 6th match minute, Ahuno United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rutger Löv to maneuver through the defense. Torbjörn Eskilsson struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Jesper Ivarsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dalsjöfors BF. After a defensive mix-up in Ahuno United's zone, Börje Siöberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jesper Ivarsson came out of the goal and Börje Siöberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jesper Ivarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Börje Siöberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Dalsjöfors BF's goal looked a bit too open when Magnus Petersson came free, but Dennis Sävström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute Magnus Petersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennis Sävström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 22 played minutes Ahuno United got a freekick which was hit by Kjell Apelkvist. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars-Erik Caspersson in the 26th minute of play forced Dalsjöfors BF's goalkeeper Dennis Sävström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dennis Sävström was a little too slow when Magnus Petersson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 1-0. After 39 played minutes Dalsjöfors BF got a freekick which was hit by Börje Siöberg. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Lars-Erik Caspersson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ahuno United's supporters rose to their feet, but Lars-Erik Caspersson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dennis Sävström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Magnus Petersson made the kick off in the second half. Evert Sandberg kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. When Ahuno United's Lars-Erik Caspersson in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dalsjöfors BF's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Magnus Petersson sped through Dalsjöfors BF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dennis Sävström. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Magnus Petersson in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dennis Sävström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Magnus Petersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Dennis Sävström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lars-Erik Caspersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Sävström having to interfere. Dalsjöfors BF's Dennis Sävström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magnus Petersson in the 91st minute of play. After having played for 92 minutes, Lars-Erik Caspersson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ahuno United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lars-Erik Caspersson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Ahuno United players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
