But to his dismay, Joel Isaksson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 6th minute Jean-Yves Gouhier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birger Westerstrand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FK Lokomotiv Liljeholmen's Shawn Seracino Inglott got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, Jean-Yves Gouhier notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Färentuna FF's Birger Westerstrand. Birger Westerstrand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jean-Yves Gouhier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Birger Westerstrand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Jean-Yves Gouhier managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Lokomotiv Liljeholmen's supporters rose to their feet, but Jean-Yves Gouhier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Birger Westerstrand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Shawn Seracino Inglott had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th minute, Shawn Seracino Inglott got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Shawn Seracino Inglott struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Birger Westerstrand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FK Lokomotiv Liljeholmen. Shawn Seracino Inglott sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jörgen Eckegren made a kick off. Jörgen Eckegren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jean-Yves Gouhier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Birger Westerstrand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shawn Seracino Inglott in the 55th minute of play. In the 55th minute, Rune Majman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When FK Lokomotiv Liljeholmen's Shawn Seracino Inglott in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shawn Seracino Inglott in the 86th minute of play forced Färentuna FF's goalkeeper Birger Westerstrand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Shawn Seracino Inglott came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the FK Lokomotiv Liljeholmen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shawn Seracino Inglott couldn't finish the play. Jean-Yves Gouhier scored 5-1 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Birger Westerstrand, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jean-Yves Gouhier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. FK Lokomotiv Liljeholmen's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
