Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven Vester in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lukas Fridlund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 28th match minute, Koppom FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Hjeltman to maneuver through the defense. When Martin Holmberg fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Koppom FF's protests and gave Martin Holmberg a yellow card for diving instead. 29 minutes into the game, one of Koppom FF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Koppom FF:s Lukas Fridlund showed great skill when he stopped Hugo Rydberg:s penalty. If Lukas Fransson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven Vester's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lukas Fridlund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. A collision led to Koppom FF getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Morgan Dahlkvist hit a great ball. Ljungdalen's Hugo Rydberg couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 46th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Koppom FF. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sven Vester was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lukas Fransson got free with Lukas Fridlund in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tony Rolfsson during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 55 played minutes Ljungdalen got a freekick which was hit by Tony Rolfsson. Tobias Ivarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrik Ahlström, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Ljungdalen's Lukas Fransson got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Agne Classon during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 66 played minutes Hugo Rydberg shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Koppom FF's Lukas Fridlund to catch but Hugo Rydberg was lucky. It became 0-1 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Lukas Fransson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 78 played minutes Ljungdalen got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Rydberg. Sven Vester sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lukas Fridlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven Vester in the 88th minute of the match. 90 minutes in the game, Sven Vester fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Lukas Fridlund having to interfere. Ove Bergström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Tobias Ivarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Ljungdalen left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Koppom FF.
