Sigvard Söderkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin Almkvist in the 3rd minute of play. Torsten Hermansson came free with the goalkeeper in the 4th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Roger Ingvall could save by the left post. Stig Carlsson hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 6th minute, Herbert Stor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roger Ingvall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Staffan Hellström, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Torsten Hermansson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jens-Ola Kielberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Sigvard Söderkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roger Ingvall made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Torsten Hermansson sent off a good shot on target. 20 minutes into the match, Besiktas Jk's Torsten Hermansson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roger Ingvall narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Roger Ingvall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Staffan Hellström, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. If Jens-Ola Kielberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Besiktas Jk booed when ZØMßIES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl Håkansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Besiktas Jk's Erik Norberg shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 29th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Roger Ingvall but with some difficulty. Robin Almkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sigvard Söderkvist having to interfere. Robin Almkvist struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Sigvard Söderkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ZØMßIES. 47 minutes into the game, Stig Carlsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ZØMßIES's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Besiktas Jk the free kick. After 47 played minutes ZØMßIES got a freekick which was hit by Stig Carlsson.

Sigvard Söderkvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robin Almkvist in the 52nd minute. With a little luck, Besiktas Jk's Sigvard Söderkvist got control of the ball when Robin Almkvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Besiktas Jk getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Emil Wall hit a great ball. In the 58th minute Staffan Hellström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Ingvall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ZØMßIES's Roger Ingvall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Staffan Hellström in the 62nd minute of play. Roger Ingvall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torsten Hermansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roger Ingvall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torsten Hermansson in the 71st minute of play. If Staffan Hellström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute.
