Spectators: 7009 (Terracing: 5509, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Evert Nordin kicked off to start the match. If Lennart Kock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rutger Karlsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Nordin in the 8th minute of play. Leif Enegren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Vallin in the 14th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Jönssons Hjältar's goal looked a bit too open when Evert Nordin came free, but Rutger Karlsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lennart Kock received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Rutger Karlsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 20 played minutes Jönssons Hjältar got a freekick which was hit by Erik Vallin. Evert Nordin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Rutger Karlsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Åke Gråberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rutger Karlsson came out of the goal and Eric Hammarbäck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 35 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Jönssons Hjältar! Evert Nordin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in FC Miran's zone, Jens-Ola Billström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leif Enegren came out of the goal and Jens-Ola Billström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Miran's Leif Enegren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Vallin in the 45th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jens-Ola Billström was the one to do the kick off. Michael Skräddare might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rutger Karlsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Michael Skräddare ran back to his position shaking his head. 56 minutes into the game, Jens-Ola Billström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Leif Enegren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jens-Ola Billström came free in the 61st minute and tried to tip the ball over Leif Enegren, but to the joy of FC Miran's supporters the ball went over. Jens-Ola Billström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jönssons Hjältar's Erik Vallin got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. André Vassenius charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed André Vassenius the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 69th minute, André Vassenius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Jönssons Hjältar's zone, Michael Skräddare stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rutger Karlsson came out of the goal and Michael Skräddare tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erik Vallin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Leif Enegren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erik Vallin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leif Enegren having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Jönssons Hjältar's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Michael Skräddare fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. There was no doubt that Jönssons Hjältar were the better team. Jönssons Hjältar's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
