After some careless play in the Pitbulls defense, 宋竞树 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Per-Erik Åkesson. The Pitbulls fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Per-Erik Åkesson should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by 宋竞树 in the 88th minute of play forced Pitbulls's goalkeeper Per-Erik Åkesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. BK Balticum's Magne Benett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save BK Balticum from getting a goal against them. Pitbulls's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
