Vidar Holmstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Hans Levander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tjörnarp IK were furious when Elliott Friberger was red carded, 26 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 31st minute, Mikael Wallander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Johannes Kinell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Björk in the 36th minute of play. Kennet Norberg scored 0-2 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Johannes Kinell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Arholma IFK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hans Levander should have stopped the shot. Arholma IFK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
