The referee ignored FC Mcbride's protests and gave Johan Rolfsson a yellow card for diving instead. After 17 played minutes FC Mcbride got a freekick which was hit by Johan Rolfsson. Folke Strömberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel Kinnman having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Gottfrid Levander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Folke Strömberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Folke Strömberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel Kinnman having to interfere. In the 37th minute Bror Koch collided with an opponent which caused him a fractured collar bone. 37 minutes into the game, Henrik Siggesson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Mcbride's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trekanten IK the free kick. Wilhelm Beckström's late challenge caught a FC Mcbride's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gunnar Kullander in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Viktor Pihlwall prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 86th minute, Rune Sjöberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Trekanten IK's Viktor Pihlwall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gunnar Kullander in the 87th minute of play. In the 90th minute Gunnar Kullander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viktor Pihlwall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Trekanten IK's Viktor Pihlwall got control of the ball when Rune Sjöberg tried to sneak it across the goal line.
