After 13 played minutes Gråbo got a freekick which was hit by Eric Engström. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sonny Fredriksson in the 19th minute of play forced SmackThat FC's goalkeeper Kjell Hjälm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Billy Ljungberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Gallin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Per-Olof Vallin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Emanuel Gallin came free with the goalkeeper in the 28th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Per-Olof Vallin could save by the left post. With his leg Per-Olof Vallin managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when SmackThat FC's Emanuel Gallin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Krister Nyberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in SmackThat FC's zone, Torbjörn Sjöberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kjell Hjälm came out of the goal and Torbjörn Sjöberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Torbjörn Sjöberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kjell Hjälm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Kjell Hjälm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sonny Fredriksson in the 42nd minute of play. Gråbo's Per-Olof Vallin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Gråbo from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

If Emanuel Gallin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Felix Rolfsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Per-Olof Vallin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Per-Olof Vallin came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by SmackThat FC's Fredrik Bröms. But to his dismay, Fredrik Bröms quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Emanuel Gallin struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Per-Olof Vallin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SmackThat FC. After 72 played minutes Gråbo got a freekick which was hit by Stellan Hjeltman. 73 minutes into the match, Gråbo's goal looked a bit too open when Andy Östensson came free, but Per-Olof Vallin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Andy Östensson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SmackThat FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After a rather tough play, Gråbo's Stellan Hjeltman got a free kick in the 78th minute. Andy Östensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Gallin in the 81st minute of play forced Gråbo's goalkeeper Per-Olof Vallin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per-Olof Vallin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Gallin in the 85th minute of play. SmackThat FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
