Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Folke Strömberg started the match with the kick off. Alex Gregersson's late challenge caught a Trekanten IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alex Gregersson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 2nd minute, Alex Gregersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Folke Strömberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Per-Olof Vallin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Folke Strömberg ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gottfrid Levander in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Per-Olof Vallin saved Gråbo from getting behind. In the 17th minute of the match, Sonny Fredriksson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Viktor Pihlwall saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gottfrid Levander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Olof Vallin having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Alexander Skog hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Gråbo's Arvid Hammarström tried to score from far away in the 24th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Sonny Fredriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Folke Strömberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Per-Olof Vallin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Folke Strömberg in the 37th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Folke Strömberg notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Gråbo's Per-Olof Vallin. Per-Olof Vallin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sonny Fredriksson made a kick off. Per-Olof Vallin made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Gottfrid Levander sent off a good shot on target. Folke Strömberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Gråbo's Stellan Hjeltman got a free kick in the 70th minute. Gottfrid Levander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Olof Vallin having to interfere. After having played for 73 minutes, Sonny Fredriksson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gråbo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sonny Fredriksson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 76th minute Torbjörn Sjöberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viktor Pihlwall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Viktor Pihlwall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torbjörn Sjöberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Gråbo's Per-Olof Vallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Folke Strömberg in the 81st minute of play. Per-Olof Vallin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Folke Strömberg's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Torbjörn Sjöberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Viktor Pihlwall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
