Spectators: 7269 (Terracing: 5453, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 144) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Filip Bergström got the match started through his kick off. Vilhelm Strömbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Arman Mellin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filip Bergström in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gunnar Ekegren saved Melwood Mean Machine from getting behind. Robert Molander received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arman Mellin came out and tried to block the shot, but Robert Molander slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. Vällingby AIF's Arman Mellin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Molander in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, one of Vällingby AIF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 33 minutes, Christopher Hjälm mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Melwood Mean Machine and the Vällingby AIF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 33 played minutes Melwood Mean Machine got a freekick which was hit by Christopher Hjälm. In the 35thth minute of the game Andreas Olsmann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Melwood Mean Machine's Gunnar Ekegren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Robert Molander to strike the kick off in the second half. Robert Molander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melwood Mean Machine's Gunnar Ekegren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Bergström in the 59th minute of play. If Vilhelm Strömbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. John Lindberg charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed John Lindberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. John Lindberg hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. When Vilhelm Strömbom came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Melwood Mean Machine fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vilhelm Strömbom couldn't finish the play. In the 77th minute, Vilhelm Strömbom left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Melwood Mean Machine fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Robert Molander blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arman Mellin having to make a save. Melwood Mean Machine's Vilhelm Strömbom got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Melwood Mean Machine fully deserved thier win.
