The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albert Nord during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Albert Nord hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute of the match Uno Tomasson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Michael Andersson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 16th minute of the match Olof Mårtensson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Michael Andersson skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, SkFc's Albert Nord got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 20th minute Jimmie Sefastsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Andersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Dyltabruk's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Kristiansson came free, but Börje Valrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michael Andersson came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Dyltabruk's Jimmie Sefastsson. But to his dismay, Jimmie Sefastsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Michael Andersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andréas Örn in the 33rd minute of play. If Carl Broman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dyltabruk's Jimmie Sefastsson got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 45 minutes into the game, Dyltabruk's Andréas Örn nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Michael Andersson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adrian Kristiansson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jimmie Sefastsson was extremely unlucky when he, in the 51st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimmie Sefastsson in the 53rd minute of play forced SkFc's goalkeeper Michael Andersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Dyltabruk's Jimmie Sefastsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Michael Andersson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Though ot was a great shot SkFc's keeper Michael Andersson was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. With a little luck, SkFc's Michael Andersson got control of the ball when Andréas Örn tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jimmie Sefastsson struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Michael Andersson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dyltabruk. Dyltabruk's Jimmie Sefastsson got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Michael Andersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimmie Sefastsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Michael Andersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimmie Sefastsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dyltabruk's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
