Spectators: 7238 (Terracing: 5430, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hugo Håkansson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Fredric Askelöf kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute, Rossön's Sven-Olof Bergström dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Björkö FF's Agne Martinsson got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hugo Håkansson struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Ralf Britz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Björkö FF. In the 15th minute Sven-Olof Bergström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonard Bergström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Ture Sjögren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rossön fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 22 minutes, Kalle Danielsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rossön and the Björkö FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Björkö FF booed when Rossön was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kalle Danielsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute Agne Martinsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ralf Britz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sture Ekström kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Hugo Håkansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rossön's Ralf Britz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Håkansson in the 35th minute of play. After some careless play in the Rossön defense, Hugo Håkansson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ralf Britz. The Rossön fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ralf Britz should have stopped the shot. If Hugo Håkansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sven-Olof Bergström to make the kick off. Leonard Bergström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Olof Bergström in the 51st minute of play. Björkö FF's Leonard Bergström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olof Algren in the 53rd minute of play. In the 59th minute, Björkö FF's Hugo Håkansson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ralf Britz. Ralf Britz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Olof Bergström in the 64th minute of play forced Björkö FF's goalkeeper Leonard Bergström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Björkö FF's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Olof Bergström came free, but Leonard Bergström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute of the match Stefan Göransson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leonard Bergström skillfully saved the ball. Hugo Håkansson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute, Björkö FF's Hugo Håkansson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. When Hugo Håkansson came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Björkö FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Håkansson couldn't finish the play. A nice corner shot did that Agne Martinsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ralf Britz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Leonard Bergström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sture Ekström in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Ture Sjögren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonard Bergström. Björkö FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ture Sjögren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. 88 minutes into the match, Björkö FF's goal looked a bit too open when Kalle Danielsson came free, but Leonard Bergström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 89th minute by Agne Martinsson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.
