Gyttorp's Oscar Helström got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ersboda's Jan-Ove Dahlquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Helström in the 7th minute of play. Valdemar Borre was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Torbjörn Hernström showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Valdemar Borre made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Jack Åkesson sent off a good shot on target. Torbjörn Hernström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Osvald Alebom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jack Åkesson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Valdemar Borre skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 31 minutes into the match, Gyttorp's goalkeeper Valdemar Borre had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jack Åkesson. Jack Åkesson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Valdemar Borre made a huge save. In the 36th minute Torbjörn Hernström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdemar Borre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Håkan Andersson kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Valdemar Borre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torbjörn Hernström in the 38th minute of the match. Ersboda's Jack Åkesson got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christian Klementsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Valdemar Borre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Torbjörn Hernström to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torbjörn Hernström in the 51st minute of play forced Gyttorp's goalkeeper Valdemar Borre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Håkan Andersson kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Ralf Ekeberg was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 54th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Gyttorp's Sven-Ove Öman shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 61st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jan-Ove Dahlquist but with some difficulty. Philip Drewitz charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Philip Drewitz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ersboda fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! 69 minutes into the match, Ersboda's goalkeeper Jan-Ove Dahlquist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oscar Helström. 72 minutes into the match, Gyttorp's Osvald Alebom sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan-Ove Dahlquist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Ersboda's zone, Oscar Helström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan-Ove Dahlquist came out of the goal and Oscar Helström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86th minute, Torbjörn Hernström made a precise shot to the right of Valdemar Borre. Gyttorp's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 92nd minute of the match Ralf Ekeberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Valdemar Borre skillfully saved the ball. Jan-Ove Dahlquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvald Alebom in the 96th minute of the match. Gyttorp's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
