Folke Kristiansson might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matthias Lundgren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Folke Kristiansson ran back to his position shaking his head. Viggo Offendahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Matthias Lundgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Dennis Kielstedt fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Täfteå IK's protests and gave Dennis Kielstedt a yellow card for diving instead. Dennis Vennerström came out of the goal and Olle Lindqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alexander Klementsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Vennerström having to interfere. In the 63rd minute Folke Kristiansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthias Lundgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
