Emil Löfgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rickard Asserlindh having to interfere.

Nils-Erik Odén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lars-Erik Lindberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kim Bergqvist in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to Alnarp getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kim Bergqvist in the 74th minute of play forced Alnarp's goalkeeper Lars-Erik Lindberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alnarp's Lars-Erik Lindberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erling Gustafsson in the 80th minute of play. Lars-Erik Lindberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kim Bergqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Frans Håkansson charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
