The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Hampus Gunnarsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Falköping's Patrik Mossberg got a free kick in the 29th minute. The supporters of Falköping booed when Joga Bonito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hampus Gunnarsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erik Bollström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alf Törnqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Blomqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. When Hampus Gunnarsson came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Joga Bonito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hampus Gunnarsson couldn't finish the play. An unexpected shot in the 44th minute by Jonathan Bergqvist got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Elliot Pettersson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Alf Törnqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hampus Gunnarsson in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hampus Gunnarsson was the one to do the kick off. Elliot Pettersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrik Mossberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. 52 minutes into the game, Tobias Hedlund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Joga Bonito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Falköping the free kick. After 52 played minutes Joga Bonito got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Hedlund. Hans Blomqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Alf Törnqvist made a huge save. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Joga Bonito's goalkeeper Elliot Pettersson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 59 minutes of play Joga Bonito's Tobias Hedlund was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 59 played minutes Joga Bonito got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Hedlund. Stig-Ove Kaxe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Hans Blomqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alf Törnqvist. Falköping's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hans Blomqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Stig-Ove Kaxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliot Pettersson having to interfere. Jonathan Bergqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliot Pettersson having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Jonathan Bergqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elliot Pettersson. Alf Törnqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from William Pihlwall went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Falköping's Alf Törnqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Falköping from getting a goal against them. Elliot Pettersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Bergqvist in the 94th minute of the match. The Falköping supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Joga Bonito's performance. The match ended with a win for Joga Bonito.
