Spectators: 7339 (Terracing: 5541, Seating: 1698, VIP seats: 100) Fc Arlöv's Gösta Svanberg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Gösta Svanberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 6 minutes into the match, Fc Arlöv's goal looked a bit too open when August Danielsson came free, but Nils-Åke Dahlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Henry Lindgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, Fc Arlöv's goal looked a bit too open when Vilgot Boberg came free, but Nils-Åke Dahlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Fc Arlöv's Gösta Svanberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stellan Håkansson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When Leonardo Jansson fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nödinge FC's protests and gave Leonardo Jansson a yellow card for diving instead. Stellan Håkansson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gösta Svanberg in the 21st minute. After having played for 22 minutes, Emil Persson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Arlöv's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emil Persson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Nödinge FC's Vilgot Boberg got a free kick in the 27th minute. If Gösta Svanberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Evert Hammarberg took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Stellan Håkansson to make any attempt to save it. Nils-Åke Dahlberg came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Nödinge FC's Elof Hägg. But to his dismay, Elof Hägg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elof Hägg was the one to do the kick off. If Filip Stenkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute Gösta Svanberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stellan Håkansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stellan Håkansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gösta Svanberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 57 minutes of play, Fc Arlöv's Evert Hammarberg made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stellan Håkansson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stellan Håkansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gösta Svanberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Henry Lindgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gösta Svanberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stellan Håkansson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Stellan Håkansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evert Hammarberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Gösta Svanberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stellan Håkansson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gösta Svanberg in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stellan Håkansson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stellan Håkansson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gösta Svanberg's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. When the referee ended the match the Fc Arlöv players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
