The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th match minute, Stenfors BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anders Lindberg to maneuver through the defense. Malmbäck's Jonas Andreasson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Malmbäck from getting a goal against them. In the 11th match minute, Malmbäck was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Bergfeldt to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the match, Malmbäck's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Oskar Torstensson came free, but Jonas Andreasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sixten Dalberg struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Jonas Andreasson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stenfors BK. The audience was convinced that Per-Oskar Torstensson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonas Andreasson was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. With a little luck, Malmbäck's Jonas Andreasson got control of the ball when Sixten Dalberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Per-Oskar Torstensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. One of Malmbäck:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Stenfors BK:s goal. Malmbäck's Hjalmar Svartengren got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Per-Oskar Torstensson in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonas Andreasson saved Malmbäck from getting behind. Per-Oskar Torstensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Jonas Andreasson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sixten Dalberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Per-Oskar Torstensson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stenfors BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Per-Oskar Torstensson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonas Andreasson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 73rd minute, Sixten Dalberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonas Andreasson was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Sixten Dalberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonas Andreasson having to make a save. Jonas Andreasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Oskar Torstensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. If Per-Oskar Torstensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Malmbäck's zone, Per-Oskar Torstensson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas Andreasson came out of the goal and Per-Oskar Torstensson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 89th minute, Sixten Dalberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Sebastian Bergfeldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonas Andreasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Oskar Torstensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Stenfors BK's Sixten Dalberg got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stenfors BK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Malmbäck for a fine match.
