Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Nils-Erik Rydelius made the kick off which started today's match. Sture Modig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Åke Dahlberg in the 3rd minute of the match. Akilles FC's Lennart Botvidsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils-Erik Rydelius in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute, one of Akilles FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Akilles FC. Lennart Botvidsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nils-Erik Rydelius went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 29th minute, Brian Lindström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hästveda FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. The supporters of Akilles FC booed when Hästveda FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Jelm didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Hästveda FF's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Helander came free, but Sture Modig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jens-Åke Dahlberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Sture Modig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adam Helander to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Hästveda FF booed when Akilles FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingvar Gummeson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Akilles FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Nils-Erik Rydelius 75 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. Adam Helander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Akilles FC's goalkeeper Lennart Botvidsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brian Lindström. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ingmar Gustafsson got free with Lennart Botvidsson in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 87th minute, Hästveda FF's Ingmar Gustafsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. In the 94th minute, Nils-Erik Rydelius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Akilles FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Hästveda FF to win.
