Leif Carlsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Palmkvist having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rudolf Collin was the one to do the kick off. Sven-Erik Albohm who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Leo Palmkvist when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Brålanda's zone, Tony Hellsing stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Palmkvist came out of the goal and Tony Hellsing tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven-Erik Albohm in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leo Palmkvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leo Palmkvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tony Hellsing went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Tony Hellsing received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leo Palmkvist came out and tried to block the shot, but Tony Hellsing slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 61st minute. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Linus Melberg put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Leo Palmkvist. Leo Palmkvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sven-Erik Albohm in the 68th minute. Leif Carlsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Leo Palmkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leif Carlsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Björklund in the 93rd minute of play forced Brålanda's goalkeeper Leo Palmkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leo Palmkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven-Erik Albohm's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. 96 minutes into the match, George Björklund dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Leo Palmkvist, 0-9. The Brålanda fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Västerhaninge IF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
