Spectators: 7220 (Terracing: 5416, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rikard Fågel got the match started through his kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Brander in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gunnar Jansson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 4 minutes, Christer Hellström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Fotboll and the Junosuando IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. 4 minutes into the game, one of FC Fotboll:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Junosuando IF's Gunnar Jansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Brander in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Stefan Tinglöv hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Viggo Skoog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christer Hellström hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, Åke Unesson sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FC Fotboll's Björn Alfors didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Tinglöv in the 22nd minute of play forced FC Fotboll's goalkeeper Björn Alfors to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Viggo Skoog's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Björn Alfors was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Daniel Brander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Gunnar Jansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 45 played minutes FC Fotboll got a freekick which was hit by Frank Kilström. The audience held their breath when Åke Unesson in the 48th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Björn Alfors's left hand side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Daniel Brander made the kick off in the second half. Viggo Skoog recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lars Göransson's late challenge caught a Junosuando IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lars Göransson helped the player get up and apologised. Lars Göransson kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Rikard Fågel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Viggo Skoog fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Björn Alfors having to interfere. Gunnar Jansson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albin Lindström's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Björn Alfors made an important save on a dangerous shot by Viggo Skoog in the 64th minute. 68 minutes into the match, FC Fotboll's Albin Lindström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gunnar Jansson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lars Göransson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80th minute Daniel Brander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunnar Jansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Björn Alfors took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rikard Fågel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Rikard Fågel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Viggo Skoog made a precise shot to the right of Björn Alfors. FC Fotboll's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Junosuando IF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
