Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Per-Arne Öman got the match started through his kick off. Per-Arne Öman's late challenge caught a AIK FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Per-Arne Öman helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Vittaryd getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Per-Arne Öman hit a great ball. In the 3rd minute, Jörgen Holmgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vittaryd's goalkeeper Olov Albohm, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Karl-Oskar Olsman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Linus Landin went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Vittaryd's Olov Albohm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Montenegro in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Fernando Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 16 minutes, Verner Boström made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Vittaryd's Olov Albohm tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 20 minutes of play, AIK FC's Verner Boström made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olov Albohm was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Verner Boström in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olov Albohm saved Vittaryd from getting behind. If Linus Landin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute, Verner Boström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olov Albohm was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Fernando Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olov Albohm having to interfere. Fernando Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Olov Albohm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Verner Boström in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olov Albohm saved Vittaryd from getting behind. It was a well-played corner which Oliver Gullesson managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After 47th play minutes Verner Boström shot 1-5, a short shot which went by Olov Albohm and just under the crossbar into goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Verner Boström to make the kick off. Fernando Montenegro was extremely unlucky when he, in the 54th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Vittaryd's Olov Albohm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Verner Boström in the 60th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Fernando Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot. AIK FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernando Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olov Albohm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of AIK FC booed when Vittaryd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcus Zachrisson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Vittaryd's goalkeeper Olov Albohm, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fernando Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olov Albohm. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernando Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. Konrad Bäck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcus Zachrisson during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 79th minute, Marcus Zachrisson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Verner Boström in the 87th minute of play forced Vittaryd's goalkeeper Olov Albohm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hjalmar Kinell kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Vittaryd's Marcus Zachrisson got a free kick in the 92nd minute.
