The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johan Trillkott in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Charlie Thedin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Alfors in the 17th minute of play forced Sunnemo IK's goalkeeper Charlie Thedin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leo Dahlberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Isac Strömbom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd play minute Ola Wall came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Isac Strömbom. 1-1. Ola Wall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isac Strömbom having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Johan Trillkott put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Charlie Thedin. When Kevin Ennegren fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sunnemo IK's protests and gave Kevin Ennegren a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 45 minutes, Magnus Gustafsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bleket RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Magnus Gustafsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Magnus Gustafsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Charlie Thedin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Bleket RK's zone, Leo Dahlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isac Strömbom came out of the goal and Leo Dahlberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Charlie Thedin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magnus Gustafsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 72 minutes, Ola Wall made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Bleket RK's Isac Strömbom tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Johan Trillkott had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Sunnemo IK's Pär Gullesson got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 94th minute of the match Zebastian Åkerberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Charlie Thedin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ola Wall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
