But to his dismay, August Ennegren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 13 minutes into the game, Leonard Fredriksson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gnosjö BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Granö IF the free kick. After 13 played minutes Gnosjö BF got a freekick which was hit by Leonard Fredriksson. When Kevin Olsmann came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Gnosjö BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kevin Olsmann couldn't finish the play. Jon Borre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from August Ennegren, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Patric Gregersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Granö IF's Joakim Asserlindh got control of the ball when Kevin Olsmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jon Borre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Granö IF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
