Jimmie Christoffersson started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Oskar Sellberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Erik Myr was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Oskar Sellberg took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erik Myr. Erik Myr dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 13 minutes into the match, Älvkarleby FK's goalkeeper Daniel Wallander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tor Bergdal. Daniel Wallander made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Tor Bergdal sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Jimmie Christoffersson took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Daniel Wallander to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimmie Christoffersson in the 41st minute of play forced Älvkarleby FK's goalkeeper Daniel Wallander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute of the match Sixten Pååk sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erik Myr skillfully saved the ball. After the first half Älvkarleby FK were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oskar Sellberg made a kick off. Erik Myr showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oskar Sellberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. A collision led to Älvkarleby FK getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Daniel Rudkvist hit a great ball. In the 55thth minute of the game Jimmie Christoffersson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Älvkarleby FK's Daniel Wallander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Älvkarleby FK's goal looked a bit too open when Tor Bergdal came free, but Daniel Wallander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tommy Söderström hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After 63 played minutes, Magmusklerna's Felix Bålström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Daniel Wallander came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Magmusklerna reached it. Magmusklerna's Jimmie Christoffersson got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Wallander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jimmie Christoffersson went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. 70 minutes into the match, Jimmie Christoffersson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Wallander. Älvkarleby FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jimmie Christoffersson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Tor Bergdal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Daniel Wallander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Wallander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tor Bergdal in the 75th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Daniel Rudkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tor Bergdal took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniel Wallander. Daniel Wallander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3.
