Jörgen Falkrantz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CP IF. With a little luck, Edsbyn BF's Jörgen Falkrantz got control of the ball when Henric Wassenius tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oliver Ekelund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Henric Wassenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Edsbyn BF getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Felix Alin hit a great ball. In the 19th match minute, Edsbyn BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Alin to maneuver through the defense. Jörgen Falkrantz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 21st minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Oliver Ekelund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jörgen Falkrantz having to interfere. Henric Wassenius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Jörgen Falkrantz made a huge save. After a rather tough play, CP IF's Eric Almqvist got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Edsbyn BF's Johan Torstensson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 34th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for CP IF. Kenneth Snäll's late challenge caught a Edsbyn BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 38th minute, Johan Torstensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jörgen Falkrantz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Ekelund in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Malte Brask was the one to do the kick off. Malte Brask received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Eric Nordin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eric Nordin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malte Brask in the 64th minute of play. Malte Brask fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Nordin having to interfere. Jörgen Falkrantz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesper Gustafsson in the 74th minute of the match. The supporters of Edsbyn BF booed when CP IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magne Beneth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johan Torstensson's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Eric Nordin - 1-1 was put on the score board in the 77th minute. Malte Brask fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Nordin having to interfere. Malte Brask's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eric Nordin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Henric Wassenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Verner Vacker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Nordin having to interfere. Jörgen Falkrantz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henric Wassenius, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. 94 minutes into the game, August Zachrisson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Edsbyn BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CP IF the free kick. After a rather tough play, Edsbyn BF's August Zachrisson got a free kick in the 94th minute. The Edsbyn BF players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented CP IF from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
