Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Hylander took the kick off in the first half of the match. Joakim Blomqvist hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute, Björn Åkesson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Åsensbruk's Sven-Edvin Ahlroht managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Georg Vesterberg in the 10 minute of the game. Osvald Wallin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Beckström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adrian Arvidsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jack Lindkvist having to interfere. After having played for 22 minutes, Edwin Björkdahl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Åsensbruk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edwin Björkdahl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomas Hylander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tomas Hylander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jack Lindkvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Gösta Pedersson kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Sven-Edvin Ahlroht struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Jack Lindkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Åsensbruk. 33 minutes into the match, Djursholm IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Hylander came free, but Jack Lindkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Åsensbruk's Tomas Hylander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jack Lindkvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Tomas Hylander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jack Lindkvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paul Jespersson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Åsensbruk's Tomas Hylander got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Adrian Arvidsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Åsensbruk's supporters rose to their feet, but Adrian Arvidsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jack Lindkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sven-Edvin Ahlroht recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Åsensbruk's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Skoglund came free, but Osvald Wallin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Åsensbruk's Tomas Hylander got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Tomas Hylander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aaron Hammarberg charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Hammarberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 78 played minutes Djursholm IFK got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Hammarberg. Joakim Blomqvist scored 1-2 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Osvald Wallin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Åsensbruk booed when Djursholm IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gösta Pedersson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 88 played minutes Åsensbruk got a freekick which was hit by Michel Målare. Osvald Wallin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Jespersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
