After a defensive mix-up in Sexdrega's zone, Albin Bållström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivar Hjortsberg came out of the goal and Albin Bållström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 26th minute, Hubert Bergvall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Sexdrega's zone, Marc Tidén stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivar Hjortsberg came out of the goal and Marc Tidén tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Sexdrega getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Vilhelm Månsson hit a great ball. Ivar Hjortsberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albin Bållström in the 36th minute. Ivar Hjortsberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Bållström, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 48th minute, Marc Bredberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

If Malcolm Svensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
