Jerry Kullgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malcolm Albohm, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 0-1 became the score in the 18th minute when Malcolm Albohm elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Frank Britz's late challenge caught a Robbans FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frank Britz helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Robbans FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Stefan Alströmer hit a great ball. Jerry Kullgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malcolm Albohm in the 25th minute of play. Malcolm Albohm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Sven-Ove Forsman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edvin Lundström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingemar Asmundsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute Ingemar Asmundsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvin Lundström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Robbans FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Hans Magnusson hit a great ball. Sven-Ove Forsman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 44 minutes into the game, Sven-Ove Forsman lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Edvin Lundström. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Jerry Kullgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stefan Alströmer in the 57th minute. Ingemar Asmundsson took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edvin Lundström. Edvin Lundström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Sven-Ove Forsman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69th minute, Hans Magnusson fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Oskar Vester hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. During the 74th minute of the match Stefan Alströmer completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Stefan Alströmer a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 75th match minute, Robbans FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Alströmer to maneuver through the defense. Malcolm Albohm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerry Kullgren having to interfere. Malcolm Albohm struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Jerry Kullgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Robbans FC. When Erling Bryngelsson fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Claesborgs BK's protests and gave Erling Bryngelsson a yellow card for diving instead. Erling Bryngelsson hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Robbans FC's zone, Ingemar Asmundsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvin Lundström came out of the goal and Ingemar Asmundsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 96 minutes, Sven-Ove Forsman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Claesborgs BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven-Ove Forsman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Claesborgs BK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Robbans FC for a fine match.
