In the 13th minute Gert Olsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathias Dahlquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gert Olsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thomas Kråk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Ahlqvist's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. 26 minutes into the game, Timmy Skytt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ljusnedal BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Backstabbers United the free kick. A collision led to Ljusnedal BF getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Timmy Skytt hit a great ball. If Joel Ahlqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mathias Dahlquist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anders Sundström in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute Gert Olsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathias Dahlquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gert Olsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anders Sundström's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mathias Dahlquist firmly grabbed it by the left post. Mathias Dahlquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gert Olsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joel Ahlqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastian Olsmann made a kick off. In the 54th minute Anders Sundström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathias Dahlquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anders Sundström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathias Dahlquist having to interfere. The supporters of Ljusnedal BF booed when Backstabbers United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vilhelm Skog didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebastian Olsmann during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Backstabbers United's Mathias Dahlquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gert Olsson in the 68th minute of play. Thomas Kråk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Olsmann in the 69th minute of play. Anders Sundström struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Mathias Dahlquist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ljusnedal BF. Anders Sundström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathias Dahlquist having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
