Through an outstanding action, after 5 minutes, Roland Örtendal successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ludwig Larsfelt came free with the goalkeeper in the 16th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Roland Örtendal could save by the left post. Roland Örtendal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mats Strömberg in the 18th minute of the match. Mats Strömberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Örtendal having to interfere. Roland Örtendal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ludwig Larsfelt in the 22nd minute. In the 24th minute, Vallvik's Mats Strömberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Roland Örtendal. Roland Örtendal yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. When Jack Nordin fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Roger IF's protests and gave Jack Nordin a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 27th minute of the game. One of Roger IF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vallvik:s goal. In the 28th minute, the referee gave Vallvik a penalty. Jan-Åke Smedfeldt looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Roland Örtendal. Samuel Hök hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Vallvik's Jan-Åke Smedfeldt shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 34th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Roland Örtendal but with some difficulty. Mats Strömberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Roland Örtendal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ludwig Larsfelt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Vallvik's zone, Samuel Hök stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roger Söderqwist came out of the goal and Samuel Hök tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ludwig Larsfelt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Mats Strömberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vallvik's supporters rose to their feet, but Mats Strömberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roland Örtendal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Freddie Säf stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ludwig Larsfelt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Roland Örtendal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Roger IF getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Freddie Säf hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the match, Vallvik's Jan-Åke Smedfeldt broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Ludwig Larsfelt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ludwig Larsfelt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Örtendal having to interfere. After having played for 71 minutes, Ludwig Larsfelt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vallvik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ludwig Larsfelt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Börje Snäll in the 74th minute of play forced Roger IF's goalkeeper Roland Örtendal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roger IF's Roland Örtendal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mats Strömberg in the 75th minute of play. Roland Örtendal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludwig Larsfelt in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th match minute, Roger IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Hök to maneuver through the defense. Ludwig Larsfelt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roland Örtendal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mats Strömberg in the 88th minute of the match. Ludwig Larsfelt might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roland Örtendal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vallvik's Ludwig Larsfelt got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Mats Strömberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vallvik's supporters rose to their feet, but Mats Strömberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roland Örtendal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There was no doubt that Vallvik were the better team. Vallvik's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
