The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alvar Alén received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Daniel Ekeberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Per-Oskar Bäcklin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rudolf Ekström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Allan Söderström's late challenge caught a Abisko BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Allan Söderström helped the player get up and apologised. After 14 played minutes Smögen BF got a freekick which was hit by Allan Söderström. Victor Olsman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rudolf Ekström, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Alvar Alén struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Daniel Ekeberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Abisko BF. Daniel Ekeberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Oskar Bäcklin in the 23rd minute of play. Victor Olsman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lennart Åkesson's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Oskar Bäcklin in the 30th minute of play forced Smögen BF's goalkeeper Daniel Ekeberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Per-Oskar Bäcklin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lennart Åkesson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Abisko BF's goal looked a bit too open when Rudolf Ekström came free, but Victor Olsman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Lennart Åkesson came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Smögen BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lennart Åkesson couldn't finish the play. In the 45th minute, Lennart Åkesson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victor Olsman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The Abisko BF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Smögen BF were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Per-Oskar Bäcklin was the one to do the kick off. Daniel Ekeberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvar Alén, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After 54 played minutes Smögen BF got a freekick which was hit by Viktor Gustavsson. After 55 played minutes, Abisko BF's Niclas Spetz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Daniel Ekeberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Abisko BF reached it. If Alvar Alén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alvar Alén in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Ekeberg saved Smögen BF from getting behind. 61 minutes into the match, Smögen BF's goal looked a bit too open when Alvar Alén came free, but Daniel Ekeberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Smögen BF's attack was well implemented in the 69th minute, but when Lennart Åkesson was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. In the 80th minute, Allan Wennerlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Abisko BF's goalkeeper Victor Olsman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rudolf Ekström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Ekeberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Oskar Bäcklin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Abisko BF defense, Allan Wennerlund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victor Olsman. The Abisko BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victor Olsman should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Smögen BF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
