The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anthon Åhman to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Tived IFK's Håkan Vallengren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bengt-Åke Brun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Östra Ryd IK's Bengt-Åke Brun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kasper Hallgren in the 60th minute of play. Håkan Vallengren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt-Åke Brun having to interfere. Anthon Åhman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Jonny Magnusson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vilhelm Åberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 78 minutes into the game, Ludvig Hedlund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Håkan Vallengren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tived IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Håkan Vallengren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bengt-Åke Brun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 91 minutes of play, Tived IFK's Kasper Hallgren made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bengt-Åke Brun was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 94th minute Kasper Hallgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt-Åke Brun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Östra Ryd IK's Carl Fastesson got his second yellow card of the match in the 98th minute. The referee ordered Carl Fastesson off the ground. In the 99th minute, Carl Fastesson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
