One of Bjursås:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Liverpool FC:s goal. Bengt-Arne Alebeck hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. When Kurt Magnusson came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Liverpool FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kurt Magnusson couldn't finish the play. The Bjursås fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ingmar Gullesson should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lukas Mikaelsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Liverpool FC's Melker Lundström got a free kick in the 51st minute. Magne Stephansson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58th minute, Kurt Magnusson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ingmar Gullesson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. With a little luck, Bjursås's Ingmar Gullesson got control of the ball when Kurt Magnusson tried to sneak it across the goal line.
