Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sören Sjödin made the kick off which started today's match. Ingemar Bjurström hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Horred's Björn Högström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sören Sjödin in the 5th minute of play. Åke Soned might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kasper Ånger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Åke Soned ran back to his position shaking his head. 11 minutes into the game, Patric Alebeck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Band Of Brothers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Horred the free kick. A collision led to Band Of Brothers getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Patric Alebeck hit a great ball. After 15 minutes, Göran Kämpe made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Band Of Brothers's Kasper Ånger tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Daniel Vestberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Björn Högström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sören Sjödin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Björn Högström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sören Sjödin, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Patric Alebeck hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After 36 played minutes Horred got a freekick which was hit by Göran Kämpe. Göran Kämpe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Kasper Ånger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horred's Göran Kämpe got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Åke Soned made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Sören Sjödin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Björn Högström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Björn Högström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arne Isaksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sören Sjödin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Björn Högström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sören Sjödin in the 63rd minute of play. When Patric Alebeck was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 66 minutes had been played. The supporters of Horred booed when Band Of Brothers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patric Alebeck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Åke Soned's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kasper Ånger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Patric Majman charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patric Majman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Horred booed when Band Of Brothers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingvar Eriksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kasper Ånger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Åke Soned in the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sören Sjödin in the 80th minute of play forced Horred's goalkeeper Björn Högström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 82nd minute of the game. One of Horred:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Band Of Brothers:s goal. The referee gave Band Of Brothers a penalty, 83 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Billy Ekblom, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Horred's Björn Högström. 1-1. 86 minutes into the match, Horred's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Isaksson came free, but Björn Högström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arne Isaksson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Björn Högström having to make a save. Åke Soned fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kasper Ånger having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
