When Morgan Askberg fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Lila Hästen's protests and gave Morgan Askberg a yellow card for diving instead. Morgan Askberg kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isaac Löfgren to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Sonny Jönsson took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Ivar Löfgren to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in Tänndalen's zone, Sonny Jönsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivar Löfgren came out of the goal and Sonny Jönsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Lila Hästen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tänndalen the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in FC Lila Hästen's zone, Sven Fransson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robin Arvidsson came out of the goal and Sven Fransson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sven Fransson kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Tänndalen's Isaac Löfgren got a free kick in the 76th minute. Kasper Asserlind kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 86th match minute, FC Lila Hästen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Volodya Petrovski to maneuver through the defense. After 88 played minutes, Tänndalen's Gustaf Zachrisson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Robin Arvidsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tänndalen reached it. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Lila Hästen walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
