Spectators: 7217 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) Lysekil FF's Viktor Lund started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Daniel Nyström was out of position in the 6 minute of play, and Viktor Lund capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Viktor Lund really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After having played for 12 minutes, Thomas Askberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glemmingebro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thomas Askberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Johnny Bjurström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petter Sandberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Glemmingebro's Thomas Askberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Johnny Bjurström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Thomas Askberg came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Glemmingebro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thomas Askberg couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 21 in the game by Gustaf Hedström from a close distance when the talented Daniel Nyström managed to make a qualified save. Glemmingebro's players were relieved. Daniel Nyström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viktor Lund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Viktor Lund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The nice shot from Gustaf Hedström in the 28thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Daniel Nyström had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Daniel Nyström made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Gustaf Hedström sent off a good shot on target. Viktor Lund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Nyström having to interfere. If Viktor Lund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Glemmingebro getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Kjell Aspengren hit a great ball. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Glemmingebro's goalie and right to Ove Kellberg. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Glemmingebro's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Petter Sandberg made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th match minute, Glemmingebro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by August Hedman to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Nyström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viktor Lund in the 60th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute Petter Sandberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johnny Bjurström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Johnny Bjurström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petter Sandberg in the 66th minute of play. Kjell Aspengren kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Glemmingebro's Petter Sandberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Lysekil FF's zone, Thomas Askberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johnny Bjurström came out of the goal and Thomas Askberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petter Sandberg in the 89th minute of play forced Lysekil FF's goalkeeper Johnny Bjurström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Glemmingebro's Thomas Askberg got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Glemmingebro's Petter Sandberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Johnny Bjurström. That made the score 1-2 after 96 minutes of play. The Lysekil FF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Glemmingebro's performance. The match ended with a win for Glemmingebro.
