In the 8th minute, Christer Brogren reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ingemar Mogren. The goal made the score 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, Junosuando's goal looked a bit too open when Albert Gabrielsson came free, but Ingemar Mogren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Junosuando's zone, Albert Gabrielsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ingemar Mogren came out of the goal and Albert Gabrielsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Furusund RK's goalkeeper Sven Hasselqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ingemar Mogren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Gabrielsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Ingemar Mogren managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Furusund RK's Christer Brogren fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ingemar Mogren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Gabrielsson in the 27th minute of the match. Albert Hylander's late challenge caught a Furusund RK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albert Hylander helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Gabrielsson in the 29th minute of play forced Junosuando's goalkeeper Ingemar Mogren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Linus Larsson in the 34th minute of play forced Furusund RK's goalkeeper Sven Hasselqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Linus Larsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven Hasselqvist having to interfere. Sven Hasselqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jörgen Sundström in the 39th minute of the match. After having played for 40 minutes, Linus Larsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Junosuando's supporters crossed their fingers, but Linus Larsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Furusund RK's Albert Gabrielsson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Junosuando. In the 47th minute Jörgen Sundström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven Hasselqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Albert Gabrielsson made the kick off in the second half. Sven Hasselqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Linus Larsson's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. 56 minutes into the match, Furusund RK's goal looked a bit too open when Linus Larsson came free, but Sven Hasselqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jörgen Sundström might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sven Hasselqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jörgen Sundström ran back to his position shaking his head. Christer Brogren struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Ingemar Mogren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Furusund RK. Linus Larsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Sven Hasselqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sven Hasselqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jörgen Sundström in the 81st minute. Ingemar Mogren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Gabrielsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Albert Hylander was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 86 minutes had been played. A collision led to Junosuando getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Albert Hylander hit a great ball. Albert Gabrielsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ingemar Mogren having to make a save. Christer Brogren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingemar Mogren having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Christer Brogren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ingemar Mogren was relentless in the 97th minute of the game.
