Olof Nilsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikael Fredriksson having to interfere. Gustaf Lund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paul Möller in the 26th minute. Håkan Hellbom kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. When Olof Nilsson came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Lekeryd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olof Nilsson couldn't finish the play. Dick Carlsson kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Stig-Åke Fogel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
