Kurt Asserlindh's late challenge caught a Råkurr FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kurt Asserlindh helped the player get up and apologised. After 7 played minutes Spånga ip got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Asserlindh. Johan Sander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Tom Zachrisson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Spånga ip getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Bengt Magnusson hit a great ball. Tom Zachrisson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Sander in the 14th minute of play. Råkurr FF's Tom Zachrisson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johan Sander in the 16th minute of play. Gustaf Ersman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Holmberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Johan Sander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Tom Zachrisson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Johan Sander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Spånga ip's supporters rose to their feet, but Johan Sander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tom Zachrisson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 28 played minutes Råkurr FF got a freekick which was hit by Jack Söderberg. With an all-out effort, Råkurr FF's Gustaf Ersman threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lars Holmberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Kurt Asserlindh managed to get in a good position for a shot. Spånga ip's supporters rose to their feet, but Kurt Asserlindh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tom Zachrisson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johan Sander in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tom Zachrisson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Spånga ip's Jimmie Engman got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 44th minute, Kurt Asserlindh ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tom Zachrisson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Kurt Asserlindh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Zachrisson having to interfere. The Råkurr FF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Spånga ip were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Lars Holmberg made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Lars Holmberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaf Ersman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lars Holmberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Gustaf Ersman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Holmberg in the 61st minute of play forced Spånga ip's goalkeeper Gustaf Ersman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Råkurr FF's goalkeeper Tom Zachrisson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johan Sander. Johan Sander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Zachrisson having to interfere. Kurt Asserlindh got his second yellow card in the match during the 68th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Kurt Asserlindh hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. When Johan Sander came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Spånga ip fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johan Sander couldn't finish the play. Johan Sander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Tom Zachrisson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lars Holmberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Spånga ip's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
