Lars Holmberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vidar Öberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Klas Bengtsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lars Holmberg's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Lars Holmberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 25 played minutes Lund got a freekick which was hit by Sten Lindell. After 27 played minutes Råkurr FF got a freekick which was hit by Lars Holmberg. Tom Zachrisson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Bergvall in the 31st minute of the match. Råkurr FF's Lars Holmberg got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Lars Holmberg came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Råkurr FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lars Holmberg couldn't finish the play. In the 42nd minute John Bergvall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Zachrisson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when John Bergvall stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Råkurr FF's Tom Zachrisson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vidar Öberg in the 55th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Råkurr FF's zone, John Bergvall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tom Zachrisson came out of the goal and John Bergvall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lars Holmberg struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Klas Bengtsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Råkurr FF. 64 minutes into the game, Råkurr FF's Lars Holmberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Klas Bengtsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 69th match minute, Råkurr FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jack Söderberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute, John Bergvall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. John Bergvall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Klas Bengtsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lars Holmberg in the 82nd minute. Sven Caspersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the match, Lars Holmberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Klas Bengtsson. Lund's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lars Holmberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. When the final whistle sounded Råkurr FF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Lund.
