Bengt-Arne Biörk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Arvid Berglund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15thth minute of the game Ivar Billing who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rydsgård FK's Arvid Berglund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Ivar Billing's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arvid Berglund was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Bengt-Arne Biörk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arvid Berglund having to interfere. Arvid Berglund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivar Billing in the 23rd minute of the match. Ivar Billing struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Arvid Berglund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Björkvik FK. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bengt-Arne Biörk got free with Arvid Berglund in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute, Björkvik FK's Ivar Billing ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arvid Berglund. Arvid Berglund yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. A collision led to Rydsgård FK getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Klas Svartengren hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the match, Rydsgård FK's goalkeeper Arvid Berglund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bengt-Arne Biörk. Arvid Berglund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivar Billing's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Ivar Billing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Arvid Berglund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Rydsgård FK's Arvid Berglund got control of the ball when Bengt-Arne Biörk tried to sneak it across the goal line. Björkvik FK's Hans Deckberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isak Lundberg in the 42nd minute of play. Björkvik FK's Ivar Billing got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ivar Billing was the one to do the kick off. Björkvik FK's Bengt-Arne Biörk got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ivar Billing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ivar Billing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arvid Berglund having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Douglas Örtendahl left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rydsgård FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Arvid Berglund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivar Billing in the 81st minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Klas Svartengren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Bengt-Arne Biörk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Rydsgård FK's Klas Svartengren got a free kick in the 86th minute. When Ivar Billing came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Björkvik FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivar Billing couldn't finish the play. The Björkvik FK fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when Björkvik FK's Ivar Billing looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. There was no doubt that Björkvik FK were the better team. Björkvik FK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
