With a left leg Vilhelm Fredriksson saved Powerpuffpinglorna from getting behind. Arne Holmstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olof Abrahamsson having to interfere. Christer Sundén received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Olof Abrahamsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olof Abrahamsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arne Holmstedt's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute of the match, Kenny Kilman got a very nice opportunity to score, but Olof Abrahamsson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Arne Holmstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olof Abrahamsson having to interfere. Kenny Kilman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute, Arne Holmstedt fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Olof Abrahamsson, passed just outside the right post. Kenny Kilman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Olof Abrahamsson made a huge save. Olof Abrahamsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arne Holmstedt in the 26th minute of the match. Arne Holmstedt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olof Abrahamsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Åke Söderström in the 32nd minute of play forced Powerpuffpinglorna's goalkeeper Vilhelm Fredriksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan-Åke Söderström might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vilhelm Fredriksson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jan-Åke Söderström ran back to his position shaking his head. Max Fredriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilhelm Fredriksson having to interfere. Olof Abrahamsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arne Holmstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arne Holmstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olof Abrahamsson having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Hittarps IK's William Kilstedt got a free kick in the 44th minute. Powerpuffpinglorna's Arne Holmstedt got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Arne Holmstedt made the kick off in the second half. Olof Abrahamsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Holmstedt in the 59th minute of play. Max Fredriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jan-Åke Söderström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Max Fredriksson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vilhelm Fredriksson came out and tried to block the shot, but Max Fredriksson slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 69th minute. Vilhelm Fredriksson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jan-Åke Söderström went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 78th minute of the match Gustaf Östlund sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Olof Abrahamsson skillfully saved the ball. Hittarps IK's Olof Abrahamsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne Holmstedt in the 80th minute of play. Filiph Vennersten kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Arne Holmstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the game, Arne Holmstedt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Olof Abrahamsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 98th minute, Jakob Söderström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Hittarps IK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
