Benjamin Sellberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orvar Dahlman in the 13th minute of play forced nikop fc's goalkeeper Jim Lind to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ted Haegg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gösta Olofsson in the 17th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Magne Ahlroth managed to get in a good position for a shot. nikop fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Magne Ahlroth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ted Haegg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jim Lind made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orvar Dahlman in the 29th minute of play. Fredrik Månsson's late challenge caught a Lingo IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fredrik Månsson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, nikop fc's Fredrik Månsson got a free kick in the 30th minute. Jim Lind took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orvar Dahlman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orvar Dahlman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Jim Lind tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Pål Rosendahl fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored nikop fc's protests and gave Pål Rosendahl a yellow card for diving instead. Pål Rosendahl kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. If Benjamin Sellberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benjamin Sellberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for nikop fc! The referee gave Lingo IK a penalty, 49 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ulf Lindqvist, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of nikop fc's Jim Lind. 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Orvar Dahlman made a kick off. Jim Lind made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benjamin Sellberg in the 61st minute. Magne Ahlroth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Ted Haegg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Stig-Åke Lövgren fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lingo IK's protests and gave Stig-Åke Lövgren a yellow card for diving instead. Stig-Åke Lövgren kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Jim Lind showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orvar Dahlman, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Fredrik Valrot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lingo IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Fredrik Valrot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jim Lind breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 85th match minute, nikop fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gösta Olofsson to maneuver through the defense. Jim Lind was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Orvar Dahlman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 90 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Viktor Svensson during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 93rd minute, Viktor Svensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 96 played minutes nikop fc got a freekick which was hit by Gösta Olofsson. Jim Lind didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Lingo IK's Orvar Dahlman shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-4 in the ordered_time% minute. When the final whistle sounded Lingo IK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than nikop fc.
